As most of you know, I fix medical equipment at American Fork and Orem Community Hospitals. Most of the time when something is broken, the nurses or someone will put a sticky note on the offending machine with information about what is wrong with it.
This was stuck to one of the machines I picked up the other day. It has to be on of my favorites :)
